How we work
The production path is the same whether the order is for a single house or a larger development.
Mixing
Materials are mixed to a consistent batch before moulding.
Block Moulding
The mix is moulded into blocks using production equipment on the factory floor.
Curing
Fresh blocks are cured so they gain the strength needed for construction use.
Quality Inspection
Finished units are checked before they are released for delivery.
Delivery
Approved blocks are loaded and delivered to the customer’s site or collection point.
